The entire Island is used as a Training Facility (similar to the basement of the Pre Gym in Phenec City), except for the Building in the far right corner. The building, is complete with bedrooms upstairs, a kitchen, a dining hall, a lounge, and in the basement, is a Lab for developing different types of Poke Balls for the fight against Lucario.
